Google releases Cheminformatics Skills for Antigravity, offers 10,000 scientists free access

Google DeepMind says its Cheminformatics Skills for Google Antigravity let an agent search literature for crizotinib and lorlatinib analogues, run matched molecular pair analysis, and propose rigidified macrocycles with synthetic routes in about an hour.

The agent uses RDKit, ChEMBL and PubChem, with deterministic chemistry tools performing the molecular calculations. The skills are available on Google Antigravity now.

Google is offering 10,000 scientists the highest usage tier in Antigravity free for 6 months, onboarded on a rolling basis and subject to eligibility, capacity and selection. Google says every proposed design must still be synthesized and validated experimentally.
