Google DeepMind shows an agent designing drug macrocycles with Antigravity in an hour
AIGoogle DeepMind says its Cheminformatics Skills for Google Antigravity let an agent search literature for crizotinib and lorlatinib analogues, run matched molecular pair analysis, and propose rigidified macrocycles with synthetic routes in about an hour. The agent uses RDKit, ChEMBL and PubChem, while deterministic chemistry tools perform the molecular calculations.
