Santiago reports Tonal digital weights useful after buying the machine himself

Santiago, who has trained with traditional gym equipment since 2018, says he expected the Tonal digital strength machine to be gimmicky but found it useful.

He says he bought the machine after testing it at a friend's house, and that he is not sponsored by Tonal.

He highlights three built-in modes: spotter mode for training to failure alone, burnout mode, which lowers the weight when he tires, and smartflex mode, which adjusts the weight up or down based on effort.
