oBrain launches docs.obrain.cloud, documentation for its on-chain spiking neural network.

The network is a quantized, deterministic spiking neural network that the company says is translated from a biological connectome and deployed on Arc.

oBrain says it has open-sourced the code and published its licensing terms, so researchers and developers can examine, reproduce and build on the architecture. The company says it wants scientific progress to rest on public code rather than on trust in a single team.
