Vyb launches AI design model that outputs editable layered compositions
Overview
Vyb introduces an AI model trained specifically for design, one that builds compositions from layers of text, vector graphics and photos rather than a flat pixel image, according to Santiago (@svpino).
Each layer stays individually editable in other design software, he says.
Elvis Saravia (@omarsar0) praises Vyb as the first dedicated AI design model he has seen. He argues specialized models make it easier to encode taste and understand intent, avoiding the generic outputs of general-purpose models. Vyb's launch post, from a co-founder who previously launched image and video generation models at Google, says it aims to avoid the generic look of AI-made designs.
Santiago's post also offers a giveaway: retweet and comment with a website URL, and Vyb will make a first design for that account.

Each layer stays individually editable, so designs can be modified later in any other editing software.
