Vyb, an AI model built specifically for design, draws praise for avoiding generic output

AIElvis Saravia praises Vyb as the first dedicated AI design model he has seen, arguing that specialized models can encode taste and understand intent better than general models. Vyb's launch post, from a co-founder who previously launched image and video generation models at Google, says it aims to avoid the generic look of AI-made designs.

Very cool to see more specialized models. This is the first dedicated AI design model I've seen.

I am bullish on specialized models, as they are easier to encode things like taste and understand intent. This makes models like Vyb easier to use for design, to avoid the slop and generic outputs of today's generalized AI models. More of this, please.

I launched the first image and video generation models at Google, and kept asking why all AI designs look the same. AI has brought us the WORST era of design. It made content creation effortless, but it also made 90% of it look painfully generic. My co-founder and I spent 2 years building in stealth to change that. Meet Vyb, the first AI design model that understands your taste like a designer would. RT + comment your website URL and we’ll make your first design.
