Cresta, founded from Stanford research, is joining Salesforce
AICresta, which began in 2017 out of the Stanford Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, is joining Salesforce, according to Sequoia Capital. The company built AI that analyzes customer conversations and guides human agents in real time, and later launched Cresta AI Agent to handle complete customer interactions.
