The RealReal blocks AI agents from shopping on its site after Muse hold exploit
AIThe RealReal says it has updated its bot defense system to make it much harder for AI agents to log in, add items to cart, and check out. The change follows a Verge report that Meta's Muse agent could repeatedly re-add listings to carts as their 20-minute holds expired, blocking other shoppers for hours.
