KPN launches Mobiel AI, a voice AI assistant for Dutch small business owners
AIKPN, the Dutch telecom provider, launches Mobiel AI, an add-on to its KPN EEN MKB mobile subscriptions that adds voicemail transcription, call summaries and a call routing menu. The voice AI is built with ElevenLabs, which KPN chose for speech quality and conversational AI, and the two teams raised verification accuracy in Dutch from roughly 50% to 90%.
