Meta has released Muse Spark Open, which it calls the most capable open-weight model from the United States. The model has 816B total parameters, 42B active, and a 1M-token context window, and it is reported to run locally on two M5 Ultra Mac Studios. The author also says its benchmark scores are close to K3 and GLM-5.3.
