Google launches Connected Apps Platform preview for Search and Gemini app
AIGoogle launches a preview of its Connected Apps Platform, letting developers build once and reach users in Search and the Gemini app. Developers integrate through a cloud-hosted MCP server or Android MCP using AppFunctions APIs, then register and submit apps through the Google Connected Console.
