LangChain and kapa launch knowledge base search integration for agents

LangChain and kapa announce an integration that lets agents search company knowledge across docs, GitHub, Notion, Slack, and Zendesk.

Emil Sedgwick of kapa says the integration, installed through the langchain-kapa-ai package, takes about two minutes to set up and is free to try.

Sedgwick claims search runs 3x faster and costs 8x less than frontier models. The report does not include independent verification of these figures.
