Google adds Gemini 4 Argon, app connections and custom skills to Gemini app

Google says its Gemini app now includes Gemini 4 Argon, a frontier model that breaks complex tasks into steps to help users build shareable web apps, 3D files, and polished slides and reports.

The update also lets users connect favorite apps to Gemini and create custom skills for repetitive prompts, Google Gemini says in an X thread.
