Musk says leaders should work on the front lines, not from offices

Elon Musk says winning armies keep the general at the front lines and that leaders should not hide in the palace, in a post on X dated November 6, 2026.

He linked the point to SpaceX's compute lead, whom he says lives in an Airstream trailer beside a power plant that produced over a gigawatt in about a year. The report includes no independent confirmation of that living arrangement or the plant's output.
