AIEpoch AI estimates that Huawei's Horinger AI data center in Inner Mongolia has about 81,000 H100-equivalents of compute, with a 90% range of 36,000 to 141,000. The estimate uses satellite imagery of cooling equipment and is about 7% of Colossus 2 in Tennessee. Epoch AI expects the campus to reach about 141,000 H100-equivalents by early 2028 as a new building with Ascend 950 chips comes online.
