Santiago (@svpino) says companies are either building or buying tools that put their data, people and agents on one shared platform.

He says tokens and models alone are not enough, and that models need effective ways to learn from the past and improve automatically. He has not tried Glass, a product that is named in the post, so he does not assess it.
