Musk promotes Grok bot for protecting and repairing credit ratings

Elon Musk says on X that Grok, the chatbot from his xAI company, can help protect and repair a user's credit rating if the user asks it to.

Musk's post does not describe how the bot would do this or what it can access.

He shared a post from Brian Roemmele saying a friend used a Grok bot Roemmele built to address seven entries from a scammer who took over the friend's credit, totaling over $65,000 in defaulted credit. Roemmele's account is his own claim, and the report does not show the outcome of the case.
