Standout's Founding Ops lead describes running a team's Grok Bot agents together

Victor Fornet, Founding Ops at YC-backed recruiting startup Standout, says he runs operations with Grok Bot and has the whole team's agents working together.

In an article he describes a setup where each person has a "brain bot" that delegates tasks to specialized worker bots. Weekly lessons are shared to a team bot, and humans approve them. Fornet says each bot is named after the job it owns and receives a short job-description contract instead of a long prompt.
