GitHub Copilot adds API management for code review settings
Overview
GitHub Copilot code review settings can now be managed through GitHub's REST and GraphQL APIs, from enterprise policy down to individual repositories, GitHub's changelog says.
The update also groups skipped and content-excluded files into one section of the review overview.
The features are available to Copilot Pro, Pro+, Max, Business, and Enterprise plans. Enterprise and organization settings endpoints, including the organization runner endpoint, do not accept GitHub Apps or fine-grained personal access tokens. Repository settings endpoints accept both, with Administration read permission to read settings and Administration write permission to update them. Classic personal access tokens need repository administrator access.
