REAX releases REAX 1.3, an open decision model available by API

REAX announces REAX 1.3, a new open decision model built with two models from its Bittensor miner competition and other strong open models.

The model is available through an API at decisionmodels.io.

In its launch post, REAX reports results from its own run on public Hugging Face Decision Index items. The post gives no benchmark scores, so the model's performance rests on REAX's unscored claim.
