Google Workspace adds Gemini in Chat that builds Google Slides decks from conversations

Google Workspace says Gemini in Google Chat can build a customized, multi-slide Google Slides deck from a user's chat threads, emails, and Drive files.

According to the company's X post dated October 14, 2026, a user prompts Gemini directly in a chat conversation, and the deck is created from that context.
