Ai2's MolmoAct 2 ranks first in Datapoint AI's robot manipulation preference rankings

Ai2 says its MolmoAct 2 robot policy ranks first in Datapoint AI's human-preference rankings for real-world manipulation tasks, including candy sorting and cup stacking.

The post, made on X on October 13, 2026, is the only report on the ranking so far.

The rankings cover nine robot policies. Datapoint AI's dataset of 55,000 entries and its overall and category-wise leaderboard are published free and open, with links given in the post.
