Snaptrude launches Snaptrude Agent to generate construction-ready building models

AISnaptrude launches the Snaptrude Agent, which turns a site brief into a construction-ready LOD 400 building model with structure, MEP and drawings. Users can change the budget and the agent updates the layout, structure, MEP and drawings. The company says more than 140 billion tokens have been used since August and over 2,000 designers have run 25,000 tasks through early access since September.

AISnaptrude launches Snaptrude Agent, which takes a site through to a construction-ready LOD 400 model with structure, MEP and drawings, then returns it to existing software with families intact. The company says designers can direct the agent to cut costs and regenerate layouts, structure, MEP and drawings, and that more than 2,000 early-access designers have run over 25,000 tasks since September. It also reports more than 140 billion tokens used since August and introduces AECBench, a benchmark for AI on architecture, engineering and construction tasks.

AISantiago says an agent takes a brief or rough building shape and proposes a plan for turning it into a detailed building. The agent can add structure, plumbing, electrical systems, and draft the drawings. Architects can edit the plan and keep refining the design after the agent finishes.
