Google explains turning sketches into apps with Gemini Canvas

Google says users can upload a photo of a hand-drawn sketch, such as an app mock-up, habit tracker or game board, to the Gemini app.

Selecting the Canvas tool and asking Gemini to code the app produces working code. Users can test it in a preview window and adjust colors, fonts or features in real time, according to Google's guidance.
