Google Gemini adds shareable personal avatars for images and videos

Google's Gemini app now lets users create personal avatars and share them with friends so they can appear in generated images and videos, according to a Gemini post on X. Friends can be tagged in prompts, and the post says character and voice consistency is maintained across generations.

Users can add or remove anyone's access to their avatar at any time.
