Databricks publishes phased playbook for rolling out Genie One across an organization

Databricks has published a step-by-step playbook for rolling out Genie One across an organization, according to a post on its X account.

The playbook recommends starting with one team and one governed data domain, using questions with known-correct answers, then widening to the rest of the organization. It covers each phase from a first-team pilot to org-wide AI coworkers, with governance and evaluation built into every step, Databricks says.
