Alibaba Cloud releases Apsara Stack International v3.18 private cloud for overseas customers

Alibaba Cloud released Apsara Stack International v3.18, a new version of its enterprise private-cloud platform for overseas governments, carriers and large enterprises.

The release, announced at the Yunqi conference, offers more than 80 full-stack cloud services and adds proprietary models, a private knowledge base and Agent capabilities. The company says the platform keeps 100% local deployment and can run fully offline, and that it is already deployed locally in more than 20 countries and regions. Alibaba Cloud also says it provides AI-native operations management and 24/7 global technical support to lower the barrier to running the system independently. The company describes the platform as supporting over 1,300 large enterprise and government customers.
