It is also the only model in the top two of both the AA-Video-T2V v2.1 and AA-Video-I2V v2.1 rankings, and the highest-ranked MiniMax H3-based model on I2V. The model is available in Utopai's PAI platform at 93 PAI credits per second of 1080p video, with no public API.
