Claude Code adds one-click follow-up sessions and /btw side-question tabs

Anthropic says Claude Code now suggests follow-up work while it is running, and users can start each suggestion as its own session with one click.

The announcement came from the @ClaudeDevs account on October 14, 2026. Anthropic also says the /btw command opens a side question in a separate tab while the main session keeps running. The company's post describes both features; no independent testing is cited.
