Nous Research's Hermes Agent builds a home security system for an 89-year-old

A user says Nous Research's Hermes Agent installed Home Assistant on a Mac Mini and used a Zigbee USB radio to build a local home security system for his 89-year-old grandfather.

The user says the system includes tablet control, voice feedback, security and wellness features, and panic buttons at the bottom of the stairs and in the bedroom. He also says Hermes wrote the code and created a custom dashboard for his grandfather. These details come only from the user's post on X, and no independent verification has been reported.
