Santiago's Grok-based bot blocks AI-reply accounts on X
Overview
Santiago (@svpino) says his automated system has blocked 25 X accounts in October for replying with AI-generated content, and more accounts are on its list.
He says the bot uses Grok to flag such replies and blocks an account only after it repeatedly appears as a bot, to avoid false positives. He says Grok performs decently in his tests, though he gives no accuracy figures. He plans to share the list later.
In an earlier post, Santiago said he would add every account that replies with AI-generated content to a list for mass muting and blocking. The newer report says that process now runs automatically.
