Most UK small businesses lack formal AI usage reviews, Pax8 finds

Pax8 reports that only 23% of UK businesses have a formal, documented review process for internally built AI, compared with 32% in Germany and 36% in the US. The same survey found that 39% of UK small and medium-sized businesses received unexpectedly high AI bills, and 24% found unauthorized AI tools in use over the past six months.
