Grok Bot can phone restaurants to book tables, Musk says

Elon Musk says on X that Grok Bot can call restaurants and book a table by phone.

According to Musk, the bot asks the user for details before dialing, then reports what the restaurant said and offers to add the reservation to a calendar. Musk also proposes giving Grok Bot its own phone number. He notes that the calling service used in a test has a free tier of 30 calls or 30 minutes, but does not say whether that limit applies to the feature in general.

The report is a post by Musk and does not include a launch date or a rollout to users, so the feature's availability is not confirmed.
