Odessia launches a texting AI travel concierge backed by an IATA-registered agent

Odessia has launched an always-on AI travel and experiences concierge that users can start for free by texting, according to its launch post.

Odessia pairs the AI with an IATA-registered travel agent that has access to agency rates and hotel perks.

AI engineer Santiago (@svpino) says a booking agent needs backend relationships with hotels and airlines, not just form-filling automation, and cites Odessia as an example. Elvis Saravia (@omarsar0) says users text the agent to plan and book trips, tables, or tickets, and can set daily watches that notify them when availability opens. Neither report independently verifies Odessia's rates or perks.
