proc-cli

AIproc is a semantic command-line tool for managing processes on macOS, Linux and Windows, letting users target processes by port, PID, name or path. Its commands include proc kill :3000, which ends whatever is listening on port 3000 with SIGKILL, and --dry-run previews the action.
