AIADRs4AI is a repository template that stores human-AI deliberation as versioned Git records. Each question carries its options, the AI's recommendation, rationale, confidence, and falsifier, so a human answers by accepting or overriding. The project also offers a VS Code extension, an MCP server, and an iOS client for viewing and answering open questions.
