AIJellyfish data shows the median company now has autonomous coding agents author 22% of its merged pull requests, up from 18% a month earlier, while agents merge without human review only 0.6% of PRs at the median company. The top 10% of companies reach 53% agent-authored PRs and 9% agent-merged PRs, according to the Jellyfish AI Engineering Trends Report for September 2026.
