Offline Research: open-source 35B AI answers with citations on phones

AIOffline Research is an open-source Android app that runs a 35B AI on phones with no internet connection, returning cited answers. Per the background post, Qwen3-1.7B plans the search, SQLite retrieves passages, and Qwen3-4B or a 2-bit Qwen3.6-35B-A3B on 12 GB phones writes the answer.
