AIThe Motion Picture Association uses a CRM module on monday.com's AI work platform to run piracy investigations and content protection cases across offices in Asia-Pacific, Europe, Latin America, Canada and the U.S. Legal operations administrator Melisa King says the module lets members see real-time case information and documents they need to sign. The MPA has also built an AI agent, which King made without a coding background, that triages security advisories for the Trusted Partner Network.
