Qualcomm's Wan Weixing explains on-device MoE agents and cloud collaboration
AIQualcomm AI product lead Wan Weixing says on-device AI is moving from single-task features toward agent experiences such as intent understanding, task orchestration and operating apps. He says mainstream devices typically run 2–3 billion parameter models, and that MoE models can raise capability within phone and PC memory and power limits.
