Large open models below 4-bit struggle at self-iterating 3D asset generation

AIMerve Noyan says large open models quantized below 4-bit do well at writing app code with Pi, but struggle to generate 3D assets and use their own output as critique for iteration. She says a 2-bit Muse model needs steering to work, and that it is only viable on high-end consumer hardware such as a Mac Studio.

something large open models below 4-bit struggle: ask model to make a self-iterator generating 3D assets with three.js

it will write the code for the app well (with Pi) but asset generation and using itself as a critique to iterate is very hard

it looks like this (with Muse 2-bit there needs a bit of a steering, too lobotomized, only way to make it work with high end consumer hardware though like Mac Studio)
