Factory acquires HumanLayer, will open source the platform
AIFactory acquires HumanLayer, the coding-agent platform built by Dex Horthy and Kyle Mistele, and says it will open source HumanLayer and invite its users to Factory. The current HumanLayer platform stays running during a transition period, with users able to export their data, migrate to Factory, or self-host the open source version.
