Instinct and @noahrshinn have shut off my access to the calling feature.
Not sure if it's shut off for everyone or just mine because I had and shared a negative experience. If it's the latter, that would be a pretty shortsighted way to handle honest feedback.
If others have access to it, let me know.
Oh. My. God. I just called Michaels. First, I knew the pricing sounded wrong for a balloon. It's only $3.99, not $33.99. Second, I asked the store whether they received a call asking the same thing. They said they got the call and it was from a "slow old man" and didn't sound like AI at all. I have no idea at this point if Instinct has an AI that sounds like an older gentleman or whether it was in fact an older gentleman making the call for me. @instinct @noahrshinn explain - is it a human or an AI?View quoted post on X
