Gecko Robotics gets $300M more on U.S. Navy and GSA contract
AIGecko Robotics says the U.S. Navy and General Services Administration added $300 million to its contract, quadrupling the ceiling value six months after a $71 million IDIQ award. The company says its AI and robotic inspection technology can save up to $8 million in repair costs per ship and identify structural issues up to 50 times faster than traditional methods.
