Codex 0.165.0 adds Google Cloud Vertex AI provider and GPT-6.1 Terra
AIOpenAI's Codex 0.165.0 release adds a built-in Google Cloud Vertex AI provider, configured with model_provider = "gcp", and adds GPT-6.1 Terra to the model catalogs. The update also enables reasoning effort changes during conversations by default for supported models and turns on memory v2 by default for fresh profiles.
