AI’s Next Trick? Speaking Dolphin
AIDenise Herzing, founder of the Wild Dolphin Project, says AI is helping her research group find patterns in dolphin sounds from countless hours of video and audio footage. The group is working with Georgia Tech scientists and Google DeepMind to give structure to dolphin language but has not fully translated it.
