Graphicle, a Rust port of Graphify, adds project memory for coding agents

Graphicle is a local Rust program that maps a repository into a code graph and stores project docs, decisions and past agent sessions. It returns cited excerpts with file and line references to coding agents over MCP, without an API key or telemetry.

The author says the 0.1.0 engine ran a code-only extract on a 31k-file Kubernetes repository in 3 min 18 s, against 26 min 38 s for Graphify 0.9.88, in one exploratory run.
