Bending Spoons shares jump 35% after Berkshire Hathaway's $330 million investment

Bending Spoons shares rose 35% after a new securities filing showed Berkshire Hathaway investing $330 million in the company. Under the deal, Bending Spoons will issue 10 million ordinary shares to Berkshire at $33 a share. The investment brings Berkshire's stake to 4%, following its $600 million investment in July when Bending Spoons listed on the Nasdaq.
