A root agent divided the rewrite into tasks and tracked their dependencies. Each task ran through its own state machine:
Planner → Implementer → Reviewer → Verifier
Each implementation had to pass an independent review and verification in a fresh Prime Sandbox before it could merge, with failed checks returning the task to the implementer. Tasks could run in parallel without skipping these checks.
