AIMoonshot AI released Kimi K3.1 Pro, a 2.8 trillion total parameter MoE model with 104 billion active parameters and a 1-million-token context window, available now through the Kimi API. Its open weights are expected in November 2026. Moonshot reports strong self-reported coding results, including 65.7% on Terminal-Bench 4.0 and 51.7 on SWE-Marathon, but scores 38.1 on Terminal-Bench Science against 68.1 for GPT-6 Astra.
